About Harrison Wyatt, CFA
Vice President Finance & Support
Harrison graduated from Ivey Business School at Western University with an HBA, Business Administration. He joined Optima Communications in 2014 as Finance Analyst, and progressed through three more positions to lead Optima’s finance group as Vice President in 2024. Along the way, Harrison found time to earn the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
As VP of Finance, Harrison is intimately involved in current and new client project/campaign costing. This makes him an important member of our New Business Development Team for Optima’s contact center outsourcing services, supporting utilities and financial services organizations across North America.
He is also responsible for Optima’s HR and talent acquisition teams. In turn, these teams recruit, train and develop Optima’s 650 Team Members, over 100 of whom are licensed (LLQP) life insurance agents.
