Born, raised and educated in Quebec, Danny is an unstoppable, trilingual relationship builder.

Danny’s early work experience was in the retail and service industries. Here, face-to-face customer contact helped him appreciate the importance of honest social interaction in all business relationships. This led to fifteen years in the telecommunications industry with Shaw Direct. Working from Montreal, Danny managed Shaw’s teams across Canada delivering support to technical service teams who had the privilege of interacting with clients directly in their homes.

After 15 years in the contact center business, Danny joined Optima’s Montreal office in 2019 as Operations Manager. Since then, our Quebec site and operations has grown five-fold. Danny now directs all aspects of our Quebec business as Director of Operations, is one of the lead customer service persons for our life insurance business and is a key member of our New Business Development Team.
